1.  Q:      What certificates do you have for your 3D Printers?

A:      Since Europe and America are our main markets, all of our products are with CE /FCC compliant. For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates  

2. Q:       Can you put my brand name (logo) on these 3D Printer products?

 A:       Yes, of course. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose. 

3. Q:       How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?

A:        No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service. The OEM cost is already included in our prices. 

4. Q:       What payment method do you accept?

 A:       T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, etc. 

5. Q:       What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for your OEM service?

 A:       100-500 pcs per each model. 

6. Q:       What is the lead time of your products? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)

 A:       3-7 days for sample orders. 10-30 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities). 

7. Q:       How will you deliver my goods to me?

 A:       We always ship by air and sea. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly. 

8. Q:       How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

 A:       5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation. 

9. Q:       What is your product quality?
